OPEN ESCROW
Once you’ve signed the offer, we open the escrow. Our professional real estate team will coordinate and deliver to you all the necessary paperwork to complete the sale. You will also have a dedicated representative during the entire process to answer any questions you many have. Since this will be an AS-IS sale, there will be no inspections, retrofitting, or repairs.
CLOSE ESCROW
Once the scheduled closing date arrives, the funds are disbursed from escrow directly into your bank account, and we close the escrow.
LEASEBACK
Depending on your circumstances, you may need time to stay in your property.
